FAQs: How My Blog Writing Services Work

How do I hire you?

We’ll start with a free 20-minute consultation on Zoom, Skype, or the platform you prefer. In that call, I’ll learn about your business, goals, and content needs.

Within 24 hours, I’ll send you a proposal that includes scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed cost.

If you’re happy with it, we’ll kick off with a call where we map out your first piece of content.

Will you deliver by the deadline?

Absolutely. Meeting deadlines is non-negotiable for me. I build timelines that are realistic and I stick to them.

Do you provide blog design or publishing?

My service focuses on the writing itself. However, I’m happy to work alongside your designer, developer, or marketing manager to make sure the content fits smoothly into your site.

What if I’ve never had a business blog before?

That’s completely fine! I’ll guide you through the process and suggest the best way to structure your blog so it attracts readers and clients from the start.

What is your process for writing blog content?

  • We agree on the project scope and timeline.
  • I research your business, audience, and competitors.
  • You receive a first draft, then up to two additional revisions, if needed.
  • Once approved, you get the final copy, ready to publish.

I deliver everything on time and in clear, easy-to-use formats (Word, Google Docs, or plain text).

How many revisions are included?

Up to three rounds of revisions are included. This ensures you’re 100% satisfied without unexpected costs.

If you’d like additional revisions beyond that, they’re available at my standard hourly rate.

What types of businesses do you work with?

I specialize in writing blog content for small businesses, service providers, and entrepreneurs who want to use blogging to attract clients, build trust, and rank in Google.

I also offer technical writing for biology-related topics (protocols, procedures, scientific content).

Curious how I personally handle freelancing and blog-building behind the scenes? I write about that over on My Freelance Blog.
